Membrane and retention packaging
Membrane packaging - whether it is cardboard or plastic boxes - use highly flexible and tear-proof films for containing products. Depending on the type the packed items are either fixed between two films (membrane containers and classic membrane cardboard boxes) or between the film and a cardboard layer (so-called retention packaging).
Both types feature extremely elastic films that fit the contours of the packed products like a second skin. In addition one and the same film system can contain products of varying size and can be used multiple times.
The use of membrane packaging can effectively reduce various process costs (e.g. for transport, storage, waste disposal, etc.)
Membrane boxes
Membrane boxes with hinges and latches as well as integrated protective sheets are especially suited for individual packaging and transport of highly valuable and sensitive goods like optolectronic parts or hearing devices. Dental laboratories in particular apply membrane boxes for various tasks.

Suspension packaging
The product is suspended between two cushions during transport and storage. This provides highest protection against shock, vibration and other mechanical impacts.

Retention packaging
The special stretch mechanism ensures that the film fixes the product firmly to the corrugated cardboard and prevents any slipping. The highly flexible film clings to the contours of the product and thus provides protection for a variety of product shapes. Due to excellent shrinking abilities the film returns back into it's original shape after stretching.

Uses the same special stretch mechanism as the standard retention packaging where the stretch film fixes the product firmly. But one-piece retention packagings come with an attached transport box. This solution saves space, time and costs.
